Our policy lasts 10 days from date of delivery for regular priced items. Refund requests within 10 days of the item(s) being delivered will be refunded by way of original payment method.
Spend £40 for more to unlock your free UK delivery. Should receive your order within 5-7 working days of your order being placed*. We do our best to send out orders within 5-7 working days of being placed, and you will be emailed a shipping confirmation. However, during busy periods this time may be extended and you will be advised of the expected shipping time when you place your order.
It’s okay if your Nazaray's take a dip in the pool or sea, but it is recommended to avoid submerging your shades in any liquid (especially oily chemical based ones). If they do take a dip, you should rinse them with tap water straight away and dry with the microfibre cloth provided.
If you want to keep your sunglasses in excellent condition (and we
are sure you do) then we would recommend the following:
1) Gently blow off any dust / particles from the lenses before cleaning.
2) Gently rinse lenses with water (not too hot).
3) Use a microfibre cloth or pouch provided to dry, no other material.
4) Do not use any screen cleaners on the lenses.
5) Keep them in the pouch provided (or sunglasses case) at all times when not in use.
