Our Sunglasses Come with a 1-Year Guarantee, So You Can Go Beyond The Ordinary! Our sunglasses are built to last and have been tried, tested and proven to withstand the most extreme adventures. That's why we're proud to offer a 1 Year Guarantee on all of our Sunglasses!

2. RETURN YOUR DEFECTED SUNNIES

Post us your damaged/defected sunglasses, all postage information will be shared by our customer services team.

3. NEW NAZARAY'S

Once our customer service team has received the old pair of Nazaray's we they deliver a shiny new pair.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

You don’t need to pay anything. If we approve your request then we will send you a new pair completely FREE of charge.

Each individual pair can be replaced up to once. After that we ask you to purchase the next pair, as this allows us to keep offering such a strong Guarantee.

You will automatically receive the same style and design. You will be offered an alternative if it has been discontinued or is sold out.

The Guarantee does not cover accidental breakages, lens damage*, loss, or theft.
*Lens damage is not covered by our Guarantee. Unfortunately it’s not possible to make completely scratch-proof lenses so please look after your sunnies and store them in the pouch provided.

We do reserve the right to decline guarantee requests based on fraudulent, repeated, or intentional damage.
