Our policy lasts 10 days from date of delivery for regular priced items. Refund requests within 10 days of the item(s) being delivered will be refunded by way of original payment method.

We do our best to send out orders within 5-7 working days of being placed, and you will be emailed a shipping confirmation. It’s okay if your Nazaray's take a dip in the pool or sea, but it is recommended to avoid submerging your shades in any liquid (especially oily chemical based ones). If they do take a dip, you should rinse them with tap water straight away and dry with the microfibre cloth provided.
